2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t function as described, we’ll replace it at no cost. To expedite the process:

  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Ensure the images show the product on a flat surface with visible flaws

Note: This policy covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damage from accidents, improper handling, or wear and tear.

3. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us within 2 months of purchase. We’ll prioritize your case and arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary:

  • Credit Cards: Up to 10 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
